Making Mission after the Model of Christ VII. The Notion of Discipleship Today in Different Christian Traditions: a Historic-Missiological Approach

By noiembrie 5, 2018 No Comments

Sibiu, Romania, 6-9 November (arrivals and departures included)

The World Mission Conference in Arusha, Tanzania, March 2018, gave an impulse to further reflections on what the notion of discipleship means for mission today. The 2018 edition of the annual conference Making Mission after the Model of Christ is an invitation addressed to theologians to reflect from various perspectives (biblical, historical, missiological etc.) on the notion of discipleship in different Christian traditions. Participants in this conference are invited to present papers on the notion of discipleship from various perspectives, as indicated. It is expected from each paper to content a final chapter on the relevance of author’s research for the notion of Discipleship today.
